Room was full of cockroaches. Washrooms had faulty taps. Shower was broken. Sink was so tiny that I couldn’t even wash my face properly. There was no room service. They didn’t even give soap. They took extra 500 as security. Haven’t seen this in any hotel. On checkout the receptionist demanded deducted extra money from security terming it as GST. We told him that we paid online. We paid the amount inclusive of taxes already. Had to fight to get our money back. Disgusted by the overall experience. I wonder how this hotel is even operating with this kind of hospitality and services.
