I cannot comment about the property because I couldnt find the property. the address given and the address on google both are wrong. the hotel has given a call centre number and no one responded for me to find the hotel location.

Literally the worst hotel experience ever. Booked it online with the option to pay on arrival. From then, got an automated email every hour from the hotel saying the booking was "tentative" pending a deposit, and could be given away to other arrivals. But the linked payment portal did not work. We were not due to arrive until the following evening, so we were worried we would arrive in a city at night and have nowhere to stay. Tried the portal a dozen times. Tried calling the phone line 30 times but it never connected. The following afternoon, the payment portal said "The last room for your dates just got booked." So we had to rush around to book somewhere else, only to find that the original booking still appeared on the Booking.com dash. When I tried to cancel it there, the hotel said it would only refund half the booking. I clicked the request to waive this in the circumstances - and the answer came back as no! TLDR: The hotel would not confirm the booking, later cancelled the booking, then tried to charge me for cancelling. Luckily they could not access my card to charge it, but this place is so incompetent that it will rip you off whether it means to or not. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

The hotel was having facilities as shown which for me was a clean bed, bathroom and air conditioner.

The hotel had a TV but not facility to watch a channel, esp Tata sky. Also I was not able to locate the hotel, since the whatsapp message that booking.com sent me had a different address. Wasted 2 hours of my time late at night. No direct number provided for query resolution. Got a generic number and the call centre guy gave me direct number of some Fab hotel in Pune. The property is slightly away from highway, so getting Uber takes some time. Also property did not clean my room as they forgot to do it. They thought I had taken the key while key was given to them. Also I had a headache, the hotel did not stock any basic medicenes. I would probably have to say that the personal touch to serve a guest was missing. They dont talk much

Room was not cleaned through out 3 day stay ..less staff..very bad location .. mosquito 🦟 ..breakfast was never ready by 8.30

The room is very dirty
