New hotel with beautiful mountain views. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and luxurious. I would definitely stay again at this lovely place.

The mountain view from our room was breathtaking. Location was great. The size of the room and the size of the bathroom was spacious. The staff were polite, friendly and accommodating as well as the staff of the restaurant. The food was also good.

It got very cold especially at night and there is no real heat available, however they did provide a small area heater which helped immensely but since the room was quite large and it was quite frigid outside (9 celsius), it was still cold. They also provided extra bed blankets( comforters) which also helped. The spa could use improving as well as the spa staff.

The hotel is nice. It is a new property. The facilities are pretty impressive. The staff are good. Food is excellent. I had booked a suit for 31st December to 1st January.

The only problem is that they do not have the geyser fitted in the bathroom. Every time you have to call at the reception for hot water and wait for 10-15 mins to get it.

Everything about this place is awesome however It would be better if there would be more options for food of vegetarian people.

Absolutely loved the view from our room. The friendliness of staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and the amenities were just spectacular. They went out of their way just to pack some breakfast for us as we were leaving early.

Some of the dishes for dinner tasted generic and similar. A little variety in gravies and spices used would be greatly appreciated.
