Spacious. We arrived late so can't comment on the staff - I'm sure they're lovely and my comments are not against the staff. It is the actual accommodation itself.

We were so disappointed with the accommodation...! Perhaps it was the room we had which was facing the road. My friend and I woke up at 4:30am because of the really large trucks driving past; like the petrol trucks. You could hear it approaching from a while away and the closer it gets, the room almost vibrates and sound was inexplainable. It was a weeknight so the noise and vibrations were constant. We also had mould in our fridge... We had no choice but to double wrap our food with plastic bags as we really needed to use the fridge... Our towels were also a bit damp and perhaps it's due to the cold climate. Lights can do with an upgrade too. Gives off hospital vibes.

Location was next to highway, convenient access.

However, town was lacking facilities. No room heater as well. Luckly has electric blanket. Kettle was really dirty.

The location was useful for trips to cradle mountain the rooms where clean and warm

The wifi was a little fiddly

Great beds - very quiet - dinner at the pub downstairs was great.

Value for money.
