Max Hotel Nungwi

The hotel room was very clean. The cleaning service was very careful. The breakfast was delicious. Very comfortable bed and big bathroom.

The staff were really helpful and went above and beyond in helping us with everything that we needed and the breakfast options were also really good.

You have to pay to get your laundry washed. The hotel is good value for money but would be nice if that can be added as an extra bonus or added to the price of the hotel or depending on the frequency of the washes to be made.

Hello! I stayed at this hotel for one night at first, but I liked it and stayed for two more days. The weather, of course, was not very lucky, but the hotel owners Max and Daria did everything possible to ensure that this did not become a problem for the vacationer. About the hotel itself. This is a very pleasant and cozy place. Great beds. There are no problems with water, with the Internet and this is important, there is even a hairdryer; anyone who has been to Zanzibar will understand the value of this “little thing”. Great customer service

Property is so clean. Breakfast was great

The staff is kind, it is near to the beach and to all the shops. We had every day a cleaning, every second day new towels and new bedsheets.

The bathroom was not so nice, the bathroom door was broken, we said it two times but they don’t repaired it.

One guy from the staff was nice.

Reallly hard matress(rock hard),smelly bathrooms,dirty towels,bad lighting(like being in a prison cell),bad breakfast, its located next to the school so its VERY loud, road to the beach gets very muddy after rain.

The atmosphere really tropical and the yard was so authentic for Zanzibar. The staff were really nice and relaxed as well as helpful. The cleanliness was 10 out of 10, everyday cleaned room, fresh towels and there was mosquito spray in the room to help the mosquito nets on the windows.

The doors, the shower cabin and the cabinets were a little worn out.

I liked the location, close to the beach,closer to the market and all other facilities. We got welcome drinks and they offered drinking water through our stay.Breakfast was yummy and I appreciated the aircon a little more because it made the heat a little more bearable at night.
