Me, my wife and my daughter stayed here room only on for three nights. Three days before we were due to travel, I broke my ankle. We had initially booked a room with a garden view, which had stairs. I had tried to email and communicate this through booking.com but I got no reply before travelling. So we’re abit worried about the stairs but when we arrived at the property the receptionist (Nina) couldn’t of been nicer about the circumstances and was able to move us to an accessible room free of charge. The room was clean and gave us everything we needed for our short stay. The pool area was immaculate, there was so much there for my daughter to do. There is 3 bigger slides and some smaller ones in the kids pool. The pool bar was also very reasonably priced. €4.50 for an estrella (you do pay €1 deposit on top of that for the cup, which you get back when you return it), €9 for a bottle of wine and about €3.50 for soft drinks. They also do food at this bar a pizza was €14 and a hot dog was €9 but it was massive. They also have a massive selection of ice poles and chocolate ice creams. There is two ways you can pay at this bar, by card or by loading cash onto your wristband at reception (this is incredibly convenient). We did not eat in the restaurants but have no doubt it would be great. One is a buffet style restaurant which was €23 each if you wanted in and the grill upstairs was reasonable aswell with fish and chips being about €16. Lastly, the evening entertainment. The entertainment team do a great job. The family Adam’s show was incredible. We loved it and could see the effort put in to put on a great show. I recommend you don’t miss any of these performances. I would love to go back without my broken ankle, so we will absolutely be returning.

Quiero dar las gracias al equipo de animación. Todos ellos han hecho está experiencia inolvidable para mí familia. Su implicación, profesionalidad y amabilidad han sido lo mejor de estas vacaciones. Mi hija y mi sobrina han regresado encantadas hablando todo el viaje de Dako, Ithaca, Nicol, Mari Dani, Inés,Daniela...Gracias!!! También destacar la amabilidad en general de todos los trabajadores del resort! Nos veremos en otra ocasión, seguro!!!

Las piscinas para jugar con los niños son increíbles

Por decir algo, que no dispone de suficientes plazas de aparcamiento para todos los clientes en caso de que las solicitarán.

Cogimos una habitación con jardín y la insonorización está muy justita escuchamos tanto a los de arriba como la calle muchísimo.
