I have high standards. 12/10 for cleanliness it was impeccable clean++ so friendly & helpfull👍Room was huge and lovely, brilliant shower & towels.

Not there long enough, breakfast was just lovely!!

Nice large area to sit outside. Friendly staff for whom early check-in was no problem.

It was almost perfect. There was a refrigerator in our room. The only thing missing was a kettle.

WiFi was very slow, and soundproofing could have been a little better.

In principle this is a standard hotel with standard facilities. There is nothing much to say about it. However, it is located in a quiet part of Llanes with a nice walk of about 15 minutes along a little river. This walk I enjoyed very much.

Since doors to the rooms are thin and stairways up to the rooms are made of stone it could be loud if people don`t respect others. Fortunately, I was lucky as after 10:00 everyone was home and settled.

It was in a quiet area but not a long walk to the town. The room was very comfortable. The lady owner and her daughter were very pleasant and helpful I had problems with my car and they tried to sort it out for me but as it was the weekend nothing could be done until the Monday
