整潔寬敞裝潢漂亮

吹風機一開直接冒很臭的煙霧，完全不能使用，跟員工反應了，但可能因為是半夜又是無人旅館，也沒有替換的吹風機能用，大冬天不能吹頭髮滿痛苦的。另外要注意不能寄放行李，隔音有點差，早上會被小孩腳步聲吵醒。

"家族向き"

部屋が広いので4人でも快適だった 部屋が綺麗にされていた TVが大きくて見やすかった 風呂も綺麗だった 洗面も鏡が大きくて良かった 駐車場も無料（1部屋1台） 立地が良かった 部屋からの景色も良かった スタッフの対応が良かった 隣に大きな消防署があるけど、音できになるとかは全くなかった

最初のチェックインに戸惑いました オートロック解除には※を先に押すとは気付かず。 3Fに止まりましたが、洗面台の排水がとても遅いので、傾斜をつけるなり変えた方がいいと思います。 上の階の足音より話し声が五月蠅かった。（夜中の2時まで女の馬鹿笑い） 歩いてコンビニにいくには少し時間がかかり、夜は街灯がない道の階段を降りていくので、女性だと危険だと思う。

スタッフの対応も良く、 室内も綺麗に清掃してあり言うことなしです。

webやpc得意なシニアでもチェックインの仕方が難しかった。 あと、上の階の足跡音がうるさくとても気になりました。

部屋に洗濯機、乾燥機があるので、他の人の使用を待ったりせず洗濯ができるのが良かったです。洗濯竿はないので外には干せません。調理器具も炊飯器、食器類、フライパン、包丁はあるので、簡単な調理が出来ました。清掃もきちんとされていました。

他の階に宿泊している人の、騒音が酷かったです。日中は仕方ないのですが、夜中の１時にバスケットボールでもしているかのような、騒音で眠れませんでした。スタッフが無人の施設なので、メールで連絡し、夜中にもかかわらず１時間後には、謝罪の返信を頂いたのですが、その宿泊客への対応はおそらく無かったと思います。外国人の叫び声も、聞こえました。
