The hotel is quite new and well maintained for Vietnam. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Ideally located for walking into the centre of town

The breakfast buffet was quite sparse and on our last day we had to leave at 0700, so went for breakfast at 0600 (when the buffet opened). The staff were not ready and although the toaster was on there was no bread to put in it.

Room is new, looks like photos. Good location. Reception is polite and professional. Breakfast buffet is quite good.

Room is smaller than imagine. My room type had no window. Glass wall and curtain to corridor inside. Room description says bathtub but this room type only has shower.
