Hotel Sanmicheli

Molto comoda vicinissima all’arena per partecipare alle varie opere e poter rientrare velocemente in struttura a ripassarsi .

This was a great hotel in the old city, a couple of blocks away from the tourist traps (5 minutes walk) and convenient to the Chamber of Commerce conference centre (5 minutes walk). There is a nice little piazza with trees outside, double glazed windows for temperature control and to stop street noise, and a good breakfast with friendly staff.

I was surprised that you have to give your key back every time you leave the hotel. There are very few hotels that do this now, although it makes sense as real keys are much more expensive to replace than cards. The bathroom is fine, but very narrow. You would not want to be a large person or have problems bending. It was ok for me.

It’s in a good position to look around the city. Breakfast was better than I expected

The shower cubicle was tiny and would overflow after 20 seconds.a/c was a bit hit and miss. Reception run by grumpy men gang

Ideale Lage des Hotels für Gäste die Verona fußläufig erkunden möchten. Man kann auch einfach mal ohne Aufwand zwischendurch zurück ins Hotel. Auch für Ausflüge an den Gardasee per Zug prima Ausgangspunkt. Sehr leckeres Frühstück, man wird verwöhnt. Relaxte familiäre Atmosphäre. Molto bene.

Strassenverkehr manchmal laut, wir hatten damit aber kein Problem.
