Rooms were quite nice, the mattress, the beddings - all perfect. We had "no view" double room. However, we had a great view directly overlooking the Balkan! Breakfast was pretty good as well, great choice of everything. Overall, the experience was top notch 9+ (and probably the best in Vratza)

Bathroom was a decent size, but the shower was a "rain" type, coming from the ceiling, however water was going eveywhere that way (mirror, sink, everywhere)

Huge apartment, very friendly staff and a nice restaurant. Breakfast was also very good.

The apartment had no trash bins and no tv in the “kids” room

Nice hotel, good location, good value for money

We were staying at the same hotel 2 years ago. If I have to compare, 2 years ago breakfast was better, there were cosmetics in the room and the room was cleaner.

The apartment was amazing! The huge balcony with the beautiful view of the mountain was fantastic! The location was perfect being so close to the center and had convenient parking!

If I had to find something I didn't like it would be that the air didn't seem to cool quite that much in the room even though we set up the air conditioning.
