nothing except the location and cleanliness.

The property owner is not at all ready to accept money by card or net banking. They are insisting on the cash only, asking me to take from the ATM and pay in cash, issue of GST comes into the picture, When I refused to pay in cash lastly he had given me one phone number for google pay. This was a horrible experience. I am Costmer of booking.com from last so many years in India and Abroad, I never came such an experience before. Such properties should be delisted from your site.
