Helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms and beds. Good breakfast.

The hotel is located right next to the airport, which was important for our flight. Since there were still free rooms in the hotel, we were offered a stay in rooms of a higher standard at the same price as part of the promotion. We gladly took advantage of this promotion :-) The rooms were more than comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful, the staff was very helpful and polite. This was our best hotel stay during our trip around Uzbekistan.

Super clean. Awesome breakfast. The staff is very nice. My friend fell into sleep while we were waiting for other friends in the lobby, the staff turn off the lights, which was very considerate. The staff is fluent in English. Walking distance to Nukus airport

The hotel was incredibly clean from the lobby to our room. The window in the bedroom was huge so there was a lot of natural light that came in. The basement restaurant where they serve breakfast was also good and it's worthy to note that they do make their own cheese and milk which was a huge plus.

Everything went smoothly until the day we were about to check out and our laundry was still not done. It turns out they weren't able to group stuff according to guests so I had to come down to the washroom and point out which ones were ours. We made our driver wait for nearly 45 minutes because of this hiccup - thank goodness he was cool with it. On top of that, the laundry wasn't even dry yet. This could've been remedied by communicating if the 8 am laundry call time was feasible or not since we're leaving by 9.

The room was very big and comfortable. The bathroom was very modern. There was a big smart TV too.

It was the most expensive hotel in Nukus, maybe the price could have been slightly lower.
