Sehr sauber. Familiär geführt. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich. Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Aussergewöhnlich komfortabler Skistorage Bereich. Direkter Zugang zur Piste.

Lage vom Hotel ist unschlagbar für Skifahrer. Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Kaffeekapseln müssen bezahlt werden. Sollten bei dem Preis dabei sein. Party machen die Eigentümer gerne und auf Wunsch der Gäste Nachts ab 24 Uhr die Musik leiser zu machen, wurde nicht eingegangen. Party kein Problem, jedoch sollten Gäste informiert werden und wenigstens Musik leiser machen. Die Nachbarn standen mit Kind auf dem Flur und weitere Gäste gingen in Bademantel zur Bar und wurden „belächelt“.
