Niente non rispetta le standard di un albergo 4 stelle. Il personale non risponde alle esigenze del cliente. Molto molto sporco. Colazione non all'altezza di un albergo 4 stelle. Ma soprattutto ti dicono che fanno e poi non fanno niente. Per due volte abbiamo trovato la stanza aperta lasciata da quelle delle pulizie. Non venivano cambiati gli asciugamani. Eravamo in cinque e ci lasciavano due asciugamani. Non hanno pulito finché non abbiamo reclamato più di una volta che la camera sporca.
