Exceptional warm genuine welcome on Arrival. Both Caroline and Laura were a breath of fresh air.

Lack of some drawers for storage. Was the only negative.

Great location for our visit to Whitby. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. Everyone was very nice. It was easy to get from the hotel to the attractions we wanted to see like the Abbey and harbour.
