The staff were friendly and helpful, great location and breakfast with everything we needed not much but quality.

Everything was fine, except in one of the rooms we had issue with the chimney as it was exactly outside the window and we couldnt open the windows for fresh air.

Aile işletmesi olduğu için, her zaman güleryüzlü ve her konuda yardımcılar. Yaklaşımları hep çok rahatlatıcı ve yapıcı. Tertemizler. Konumu harika. Merkeze yakın. Otoparkı var. Restorantı harika. Ücretsiz kahvaltısı restoranında ve gayet yeterli. Steak House’u var. Şöminesi, dekarasyonu, garsonlar, yemekleri, şarapları harika. Sarımsaklı ekmek, salata, caprese, kuzu tandır, fransız rose, cheesecake enfesti. Bir sonraki Bankso ziyaretimde de burda kalacağım.

Kahvaltıda hergün değişik birşey sunabilirler. Uzun süre kalınca en azından lezzetler değişik olabilir diye düşünüyor insan.

Great value for money, good location, good breakfast. The owners were super friendly. The steak house on the bottom is good and well priced. I will definitely try to stay there next time I am in Bansko.

There was a problem with one of my friends´ bedroom, for 2 od the days they were given a bedroom with a bathtub where they could only really shower sitting down on the bath tub since the ceiling was too low. That was a pity and is something I and they cannot forget in an evaluation. But as for my experience, no complaints
