Very nice room & clean.

The temperature in the room is really warm until 6-7pm, only then it is okay (no AC and the ambiant air is pretty warm).

Nice view and nice food in restaurant

Next to busy road so quite noisy and need transport to get to the village easily. Bathroom area very compact at the back of the room

Bed room and toilet are clean but very minimum facility, view is just a regular, No AC where needed before evening and after 8am

Seems to expensive for minimum facility

A very comfortable stay with the most stunning view to wake up to. Staff were so helpful and friendly, making sure our stay was perfect.

All good - only suggestion is maybe to have some more comfortable seating in the reception/restaurant area for relaxing?

The pictures this hotel has in booking.com are not connected to reality. No views to talk about, it’s located in a valley not on top of or side of mountain. There is a big noisy road just outside the rooms we could not communicate to the staff during check in due to motorists, no ac we’re connected in the room we booked. We walked in to the kitchen by mistake and it was a horror story in there, I would never order food from this hotel. When we came there were no one on site to greet us ?. A gardner came after 5 min to check us in. We walked in to a damp/ hot room sprayed with a horrible mist of “good smell” not worth the money/ if you compare to other nice hotels in kuta Lombok, Gili trawangan that charge the same money this is not ok. I would give this max a 1-2 star rating. We left after 30 minutes never stayed the night.

Great room, modern bathroom and wonderful outlook over the fields.

Located on the main road some motorbikes we’re quiet loud.
