L emplacement, l accueil très sympathique la propreté des chambres et un bon pt déjeuner rien a dire je recommande cet hôtel

Olivier could not have been more welcoming or helpful. He came out as we pulled up and allowed us to park our motorbikes in the garage. He even aquired free tickets for a wine tasting and tour of one of the caves and did some washing for me. The room was small but well equipped and comfortable and nice and quiet. Although it is a fair way from Saumur town center, the walk through the park and along the river every evening to go for dinner was lovely.

As a brit I like a decent cup of tea with my breakfast. Unfortunately, (and this is not a dig at Olivier as it seems the French as a whole just don't do tea), the breakfast tea provided just didn't do it for me, but I had my own tea bags. I have sent some Tetley teabags for anyone who wants a decent cuppa, so hopefully they arrive.

Very welcoming and helpful host. The hotel was exceptionally clean.

Small improvement would be the addition of hand towels. More expensive improve would be air conditioning. The road noise made it difficult to open a window, it was hot and the fan provided good bit just moves hot air round

La camera è molto grande, il bagno pulito e finestrato. questa sistemazione dotata di un parcheggio privato è stata molto comoda per noi che avevamo in programma di visitare Cadre Noir. Il gestore simpatico e gentile si è offerto di prenotarci un buon ristorante.
