the breakfast wasn’t fresh, cold chips, it felt it was from a day before. Also, we had reservation for lagun castle but we received room at the other hotel. this is not profesional.

They smoke in closed areas. When we arrived to the reception, the smoke smell was invading the whole area. We had dinner in the restaurant and a lot of people where smoking there, even with the windows closed. When you opened the bedroom door to go out, you could smell the smoke even in the corridors... Quite disgusting

Excellent clean little hotel with excellent professional staff with free tea, coffee and Turkish coffee 24 hours also located in yalova province just 25 minutes to yalova center (IF YOU HAVE A CAR THEN NO PROBLEM AT ALL ) THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF FOR TRIER MANNER AND SUPPORT
