"At this price range I would expect way better services at the hotel. Very disappointing."

Location. It was the only good thing about this hotely, to be honest.

Equipment, service, security. There was nobody at the reception desk, almost never. The rooms didn't have even the basic equipment the four star hotels usually have. The ski room was available to basically anyone from the street, unlocked and unguarded all the time.
