In front of my window, a container was emptied at 0500AM. Given that the hotel was rather empty, they could have given me a better room

"Disappointed - hotel should have cancelled"

There was no central heating do instead we had to use noise space heaters. Duvets were summer duvets. Kids got a cold - cancelled other booking. Should get a refund.
