I liked the staff, beds and breakfast was outstanding.

Some things in the room needed update, AC didn’t work and was hot. Windows couldn’t open either to cool off. You also need a taxi to get to the center of Gorome.

직원들도 너무 친절하고 방 컨디션도 너무 좋았습니다. 패밀리룸에서 묵었는데 방도 넓고 무엇보다 열기구 풍경을 진짜 가까이서 볼 수 있어서 좋았습니다

The location and spaciousness of the hotel, although not in the center of Goreme, is less than 10 minutes away by taxi. You can take the taxi on the same corner as the hotel. It has the best view of the hot air balloons at sunrise around 6 a.m. The breakfast is excellent, and the super-friendly staff carry your bags for you on the way up and down the stairs. I love it, and I recommend 100%

I think they could improve the cushions because they're somewhat worn from the sun. And the jacuzzi area, which is a bit neglected, needs to be improved.

洞窟から作られた部屋は、雰囲気があり快適です。朝食は手作りで美味しく、野菜や果物もあります。 気球が中々飛ばず、部屋の中で過ごす時間が多かったのですが、スタッフのみなさんも感じが良く、リラックスして過ごすことができました。 最後に天気が回復して、念願の気球に乗れました。 さらに、出発する日の朝、テラスから眺めた数えきれない程沢山の気球に感動しました。

The Location was nice, rooms were clean, staff was very helpfull, great breakfast and the view from the restaurant was amazing.

To be fair, they did manage to provide the room earlier than scheduled, but I personally believe there is still a little room for improvement in this area.
