AUMYVery disappointed with the hotelโs lost-and-found service. I left a charging cable and a nail clipper in my room after check-out. When I contacted the hotel, the staff immediately told me that nothing was found, without showing any effort to check with housekeeping or verify the room properly. I understand that lost items cannot always be recovered, but I expect the hotel to at least conduct a thorough search before giving a response. The lack of professionalism and concern for guestsโ belongings was disappointing.
