Helpful and friendly staff, good location just next to the stadium, modern equipment.

The room was not really clean, the toilet had a label saying "disinfected for you", however some "traces" of a former guest were visible. Rather disgusting. And the protection glass between the shower and the toilet is not water proof, after a shower half of the bathroom was flooded.
