1- No exhaust in the washroom. 2- Staff refused to provide additional blankets/quilt which was required due to our age problems

The staff was totally non professional and they don't know how to feel the coustmer sentiments

Breakfast wasn’t that good, the beds were two single joined together and very uncomfortable, the AC was just blowing air and the rooms were not cooling, the toilet paper was just paper & we wanted to play games (cards and Rummikub) so decided to set-up in the restaurant area (during dinner, not busy and really on the only place in the hotel we could ‘lounge’) and we were told we weren’t allowed ( I never knew such rules existed). Won’t be staying here ever again.

Worst quality/price ratio of my 2months travel in Asia Armed military guards everywhere in the hotel (..?) Staff starring at my mum's bum Poor quality breakfast Staff not speaking english good enough to be understood leading to mistakes Old fashioned style, everything needs a refresh Standard bed quality
