Es war sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Frühstück ok

Ungeziefer im Bad, Zimmer werden nicht geputzt, Handtücher nicht gewechselt, Zimmer sehr klein

Das Personal war überdurchschnittlich gut. Das Frühstück hat uns positiv überrascht.

Ich habe keine großen Ansprüche, aber die Sauberkeit war nicht gut. Der Bettbezug wurde freundlicher Weise vom Personal gewechselt. Da waren Haare und Flecken drauf. Vor dem Fenster stand ein Container. Das Waschbecken, die Dusche waren dreckig. Das Zimmer war staubig.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und es war alles sauber.

Warum kann ich bei Booking com mit Haustier ankreuzen muss dann aber im Hotel extra zahlen? Weil Ostern war, wurde es mir erlassen, was ich mehr als sehr freundlich fand.
