Sapphero Resorts

I actually had to do early checkout and paid for two days .

Everything, the entire stay horrible. the resort stinks, not clean. the restroom/bathrooms were horrible. No internet WiFi. the road to the resort is through fields and very risky with a lake along the route. total mud pathway. the swimming pool stinks, and the play area is not clean and unhygienic for kids. everyone looks like they split and can see the stains. the restaurant was operated by only 2 people and ordering food is a nightmare. disappointed and would not recommend it. the water smells and people traveling with kids is a big NO.

Room Size, hospitality, food and hygiene was excellent. Nothing less than a 4-star property. A very nice, cool and serene stay in the heart of Shirdi. Just made my trip even more memorable because of the stay here. You will see their focus on every small detail inside room/for the entire property as soon as you check in. The manager Mr. Prem deserves special mention because of the way he is helping guests not only for stay but also for Shirdi temple related visit and all info. There's no hidden cost and they are 100% genuine about everything.

Location was bit far from main road (with no public transport) but property manager (Mr. Prem) was kind enough to provide pick/drop support anytime required. Although road is under construction and should be made by next couple of months- after which it will be accessible by public transport as well.
