Had a wonderful stay at Family Hotel Central Shumen! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience!

What a great experience that was! The location of the hotel couldn't be better, the staff was beyond friendly and helpful, the hotel was exceptionally clean, the food was so, so tasty and I slept better than I even do at home!
