Very central, clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very thin walls, we heard everything from the rooms near us and we had bad luck and got very loud people that yelled all night. Beds were not that comfortable.

The location in the center of the city is perfect. The rooms, toilets and towels are clean. The owner is nice. The cleaning ladies are very helpful (thank you for shlepping the suitcases).

But: there is no direct car access. All the streets end before the square and there is no possibility to unload your luggage in front of the hotel. Depending on where the cab stops you need to carry the suitcases down a staircase, or up a steep, bumpy sidewalk. This is not at the hotel’s fault though. The second big big issue - there is no mentioning in the hotel’s description that the rooms start at the third floor of the building. Yes, the first two are a casino (I didn’t hear noises) and you need to climb to floor three for the first level of rooms. No elevator, no concierge. It is challenging for older folks. There is limited amount of places serving food on the square - a small bakery next to the hotel serves baked goods the whole day (they are actually very tasty) and few cafes serving pizza. It was difficult finding a good sitting place.

Çok merkezi bir konumda ve bütün imkanlar yürüme mesafesinde. Aracımı hotelin karşısına park ettim, 20 saniye yürüme mesafesi. Recepsiyon daki Çok nazik ve güzel kıza teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum. Bize odamıza girişden tutunda nasıl çıkış yapacağımıza kadar her şeyi çok iyi bir şekilde anlattı ve ayrıca Aracımız için bir park bileti hazırladı, çünkü hotelin bulunduğu bölgede ödeme yapmak gerekiyor ama sıkıntıya girmenize gerek yok çünkü park biletini bu nazik bayan size bedava veriyor😉

The hotel is located in the main square of Shumen, with the option for free parking on the street behind. Rooms are very well equipped, even the host provides courtesy croissants and coffee for breakfast. Beds are comfortable, and there is an AC.

The hotel's building is 4 stories without an elevator. Taking into consideration building is very old (1920s), the staircase is steep. If you have reduced mobility, either ask for a room on the first floor or just look for another option. The curtains do not cover the windows well, so bringing your sleeping mask is a must.

We can just recommend all in this hotel. It also has a private parking lot for the guests.

Not enough hooks in the bathroom for towels.
