Sanırsam otel yeni, odalar çok temiz. Resepsiyonda Türkçe konuşan arkadaş var. Ilgi ve alakalilar. Tekrar gelirsem yine burada kalırım. Arena ve alışveriş merkezine yürüme mesafesinde.

Great place! The staff is extremely kind and responsive. Everything was perfect down to the last detail - the interior, the staff, the rooms, tha service... everything! The rooms were clean and cosy. Our Yorkshire Terrier got her own bed and bowls, and there was a perfect place on the desk corner for her. So, her stay was peaceful and pleasant, as well as ours. I definitely recommend it for business trips or for pleasure. We will definitely stay here again next time

Стаите са комфортни, обзавеждането е хубаво и ново. Всичко беше много чисто и се почистваше редовно. Има подземен паркинг за около 8 коли. Допускат се домашни любимци, като трябва да се заплати допълнителна такса. Има опцията да си поръчаш закуска. Персоналът е много отзивчив, любезен и усмихнат. Направи ми добро впечатление, че се оставяха капсули за кафе машината и чайове като комплимент от хотела. Има много забележителности в района, които могат да се посетят: Шуменска крепост, паметник „Създатели на българската държава", Велики Преслав, Плиска, Мадарски конник.

Нямам забележки. Единствената ми препоръка е да има в хотела брошури за забележителностите в района.

The hotel was great - modern minimalist style, very clean, polite staff. Just next to Arena Shumen

Maybe not so close to the city center/ sightseeings; parking is a bit tight

Although it was spring time the Aircon did not work but we opened the window.

Buffet con calidad de alimentos. Super espacioso, cómodo, limpio.

Ducha en el baño sin plato. Buffet muy limitado en cuanto a variedad.
