Sedimented bucket&mug in bath room. Main tap broken and shaking. Wash basin tap is projecting more and was not convenient for washing face. Health fasat hose leaking and cause water spreading near the toilet.

Night shift staff lack basic professionalism. I had booked a room to rest and reached around 11 PM. The staff seemed confused about room availability and initially assigned me a room that I was asked to vacate within 15 minutes. The bathroom was unhygienic and had a bad smell. There was also a power cut, leaving us in complete darkness. When we approached the staff, their response was rude and dismissive, telling us to “wait in the room.” This is not how guests should be treated. Later, we were shifted to a standard room, but it was not in acceptable condition. The bedsheets were dirty, the room was poorly maintained, and the AC was not functioning properly. When I requested another room, the staff bluntly said I could leave and that there would be no refund. At 1:30 AM, there was no point arguing further. This was my 4th visit in the past 2 years, and the experience has consistently worsened each time. They had also overcharged me, but the morning staff acknowledged the issue and refunded the extra amount. That was the only positive part of the stay. I would not recommend this place, especially for families or women.
