Loved the breakfast, good choice, they even bought lacto-free milk specifically for me. You have to try their eggsalad Arosa…..delicious!!

the rooms very very clean, very close to slopes and city center. Also the place had a sauna which was nice after a day on the slopes. Nice breakfast and ski pass could be brought from the reception, which was convenient.

The amenities were basic for a 4 stars hotel. For example: i was expecting at least a kettle in the room for making a hot tea after returning from the cold weather outside. At the reception there was some hot water & tea (with no price tag) so we were obviously thinking there were some courtesy drinks offered for the guests. When checking out we had to pay for warm water and tea that was offered which came as a surprise. If you plan to go with a group of friends, there is no common place to stay for a chat in the evening since the reception/lounge area closes super early. We tried staying in the room of a friend but then we were told that is not ok so we all went to sleep in our own rooms. This info is not mentioned anywhere on booking, so we were somehow caught by surprise when finding out that there is no common leisure space. For the future, I believe it should be added to set up the correct expectations for future guests.
