The pools and garden were true to form and worth the sum paid

We had the dinner service once, and it was abysmal to say the least. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Definitely not a LGBTQIA+ friendly, and dare I say, definitely not a POC friendly location. Partner and I visited this place hoping to include both the island and hotel on our must visit list for family and friends. The reception was icy to say the least. Averted gazes, greetings to the elderly owners were not returned; hostility from owners, except from the young gentlemen working the reception who did make an effort to be cordial. Room wasn’t cleaned during the length of our stay and strands of hair in bathroom and bed although I didn’t expect much given the amount paid and the star ratings. All in all, it wasn’t the best of experiences. Also felt like a visit to a retirement village than an actual hotel which maybe explains the atmosphere and attitude gotten. That said, it caters to a strict type of personas. And if you fit it, you’d definitely enjoy your stay. For the pink folk, my advise, save your cash and spend it elsewhere.

Che dire, 10 in tutto. Staff gentilissimo ed attento ai propri clienti. Pulizia ed organizzazione top. Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, ma ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Le stanze sono semplici, ma funzionali e pulite. Colazione sia dolce che salata perfetta. Comodo anche il parcheggio e la posizione perfetta tra Forio e Sant Angelo. Consigliatissimo

Great family owned place! They have 3 swimming pools, 2 of them are natural hot springs.

Ottima struttura con un meraviglioso giardino che sembra essere un piccolo eden, tutto super curato e pulitissimo! Una menzione particolare va all’accoglienza: staff gentilissimo, cordiale e molto disponibile. Un altro punto forte è sicuramente la cucina, abbiamo cenato in hotel la prima sera e abbiamo mangiato benissimo!!! Se dovessi tornare ad Ischia soggiornerò qui nuovamente!

La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato noi avrebbe bisogno di essere un po’ rimodernata.

Fiind o afacere de familie, toata lumea este foarte atenta cu tine, oamenii au fost foarte foarte amabili, ne-au ajutat cu orice informatie aveam nevoie si simteai ca sunt acolo pentru tine cu adevarat. Curatenia impecabila, cele 3 piscina intretinute excelent. Mancarea de la micul dejun foarte gustoasa, am incercat de asemenea si cina care a fost delicioasa. Ne-am simtit ca acasa iar gazdele au avut grija sa avem tot ce aveam nevoie.🏆❤️🥰

colazione ottima, tanta scelta tra dolce e salato, torte casalinghe ottime. intervallo di tempo adeguato e servizio ottimo. cucina ottima, quantità adeguate e rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. camera con arredamento semplice, ma tutto in ordine e ben curato e di buon gusto. navetta gratuita per arrivare alla fermata del pullman ottimo servizio
