Slečna na recepci moc milá, personál sympatický a ochotný. Krásný výhled na moře a hrad. Každý den uklizený pokoj. Krásné místo, dobré jídlo.

We had a very pleasant experience. We had an accident on the island and the hotel staff was very kind and helpful to provide support and relief outside what was expected. The facilities are good and the rooms extremely clean. The location is amazing, better than in the picture. With a shortcut, the hotel is 10 min walking from ischia ponte city center.

We loved the outdoor hot pool cos in April the big one was still a bit cool. The indoor pool is also nice but could be a bit cozier. We highly recommend the hotel.
