Le personnel,la propreté, le matelas 😉 ,l'organisation arrivée et départ depuis aéroport jusqu'à l'hôtel et enfin la mise à disposition d'une navette pour revenir à l'hôtel le soir depuis le centre ville.

Un rideau plus occultant dans la chambre; il faut bien trouver quelque-chose...

Majoituspaikka oli Ischian lomalle loistava! Henkilökunta oli todella mukavaa ja avuliasta. Huone ja hotelli oli siisti ja aamupala kattava. Huoneissa ilmalämpöpumput, mikä erittäin hyvä. Hotellissa on kokonaista 3 uima-allasta, joista 1 on lämmitetty. Hotellissa pääsee pelaamaan myös tennistä ja ”beauty centeriin”. Allasbaarissa osaava henkilökunta, maukkaat drinkit ja naposteltavat. Hotellista saa myös lounasta ja illallista. Yksi parhaimmista asioista oli maksuton kyyditys iltaisin. Infon antamaan numeroon soittamalla 21-00 välillä sai kyydin keskustasta saarella ylempänä olevaan hotelliin. Loistavaa!

Ainut pienenpieni miinus oli aamiaisen aikaisuus (7:30-9:30), mutta se johtuu vain omasta rytmistä, eikä ole hotellin vika.

"Stunning views, amazing hotel and staff"

What a fabulous place! The staff were so friendly and helpful, ordering taxi's, storing our luggage on our last day and allowing us to use the facilities until it was time to leave. Our request for 3 single beds was met, the pools are super clean and the small pool near our room emptied and refilled daily. Nothing was too much trouble and the view was stunning! Bus stop to the port right outside the hotel. We will definitely be returning.

Not negatives at all, but hopefully informative for other potential guests. No dairy free milk alternatives at breakfast Hotel grounds are steep and the whole neighbourhood is steep, so worth bearing in mind Accommodation walls are thin
