Modern and classy structure with a beautiful landscape and gorgeous views right from the rooms’ window and balcony! The owners are very friendly and helpful with finding interesting hikes and places to see around. Excellent hotel with a good staff (we only wish that the staff could communicate better in English).

We were travelling independantly by hire car and were provided with a great deal of useful information regarding how to get to the hotel etc prior to arriving so communucation in that way was good, however one thing we wern't reminded about was the need to choose our dining choices on the day of arrival. We reserved 3 weeks before arrival and was sent at the time an attachment called Hotel Rules, or something like that. In that it indicated the need to book your food choices on the same day as planning to eat. We did not read this attachment (who really does😀) and its was 3 weeks before we arrived and we were busy arranging the rest of our visit to South America. We did not need to have mobile data on our visit to Chile relying on wifi at our hotels however we were sent a message reminding us that we had to choose the dinner options by 4pm for that evening only on the day when we were arriving and when we were traveling so we did not receive it. As a consequence we were informed on arrival after 4 pm that they could not provide dinner. This was very disappointing because we had booked this hotel particularly due to the excellent dinner reviews. This was also a remote hotel which meant there were no other local options. We were offered a tapas plate or details of a partner restaurant 30 mins away by car. Although we had to drive which certainly was not ideal we did infact have an excellent meal at this restaurant so the evening did not work out too badly. We would however prefered to eat at the hotel. If the owners had just reminded us on the days just before arrival, with the extensive location information which was sent, as an example, of the requirement to book on the day you wish to eat, then we would had attempted to find a wifi hotspot to provide this information. We have included this experiance as a warning message to others in our circumstances who are contemplating staying in this hotel, which was beautiful, but would like dinner on arrival!!
USThe property is fantastic, great layout, amazing views, day and night! Monica and Rodrigo are the best! The staff, Lily and Johnathan, as well. They earned every penny we tipped them and more!
If you’re not on a tour it can be difficult to find without a preprogrammed GPS location or a very accurate phone! We had both so zero problems!
