The Sarai, Hotel

The property is at a decent location. Facilities are okay. For example, there should have been two towels when there are two guests in a room. That’s Basic. Second, one of the two rooms we booked had the shower curtain (but that’s manageable, nothing to complain). Stay was comfortable, Air-conditioning works fantastic, rooms had windows with a highway view which was pretty (though sound of the trucks but if you like a decent view, it might fit right in the budget).

The staff at the reception is decent. But the staff at the terrace (kitchen) isn’t that good with the tone of speech which hospitality industry is expected to have. So, they provided us with dinner even after 10:45 p.m. and we are obliged by it. But the sitting time at the terrace is till 11:00 and after that even if one has to ask the tone shall be - “Sir excuse me but the time has been past 11:00” and not “Sir, aap log room chale jao” or “sir abhi aap aur kitni der upar rahoge” … This is only where I felt, interior, built, nothing matters if hospitality is not considered sincerely. Apart from this, rest was fine!

I like the hotel

Hotel was clean and staffs were really supportive and with good behaviour. Room is exactly as shown as in picture. Food like mixed veg and poori bhaji.

Fast food like chilli paneer and grilled cheese sandwich.

Very comfortable stay and amazing staff.would highly recommended staying there
