Where to begin.. Felt like a scam from the beginning when they sent a 50% pre payment request on booking.com in the name of “re-confirmation”. Did not pay and decided to reach the property, clearly there was no such requirement but beware. When tried to access the TV in the room, neither the remote or the TV was working. Dejected i decided to take a shower but obviously the geyser decided to stop giving hot water midway. At night after the loud dj decided to stop popping our ears out, we tried to turn on the ac for the night but guess what? Even that wasn’t working. You’d think this is the end of it but the next morning as we packed things and started to leave, we were called back to pay 100 rs for a bottle of water in the room that did not say it was chargeable anywhere and that is after paying 3000 rupees for this shitty excuse of a stay.

Clean room, pleasant staff and comfortable vibes

I had a wonderful experience at Palm Stay. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The property is neat and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. It's truly great value for money — you get all the essentials and more without burning a hole in your pocket. What I appreciated most was the homely atmosphere. It’s perfect for a long-term stay, offering a peaceful and cozy environment that feels just like home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and friendly place to stay!

The property was very neat and clean and the location was very nice. It was close to shops and local eating joints that we enjoyed exploring very much. Staff was very polite and very helpful.

The staff was good. Rooms and linen were clean. Parking available inside the property. Wide access road.

Rooms were smaller than expected. Didn't have kitchen working reportedly in view of Holi as staff were on leave.

Room are clean and service is prompt. Breakfast was fresh and served hot.all the team members are very gentle and hard working,prompt in service.hygiene n nutrition is well maintained. Desk team Ritu is very punctual n sincere. Overall will recommend.
