Presidency Artotel, Kochi

Very close to the Biennale locations. Friendliest staff I've ever met. Breakfast was very nice.

Price of the room was a little high in comparison to other hotels. There were no sun loungers at the pool and our room had no window.

Excellent reception, could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Gave good recommendations for eating and visiting attractions. Room was large, cool in the heat. Pool was large. Not at all far from all tourist attractions, easy stroll. We are frequent visitors to Fort Cochin for work, and have stayed in many of the hotels, expensive and cheap, at different times. This is the best value for money and in the circumstances it did everything we wanted it to.

It could have been clearer what was offered for breakfast. Staff didn't seem clear what to do.

The staff is very helpful and rooms are confortable and clean

Nexstay Colony Artotel is very close to everything you want to see in Fort Kochi. it has a beautiful entrance and the people are very friendly.

The rooms are extremely noisy, so you can literally understand every word from your neighbours. Street noise, voices from the reception and the prayers from the neighbouring mosque made it for us impossible to have a good nights rest, so we decided to check out and find a more tranquil place.
