Heritage boutique is a beautifully renovated set of rooms inside an old colonial building. A great location near to the lake and temple of the Tooth. Thank you to Ruchee who helped us with a packed breakfast and taxi for our early train to Ella.

Room wasn’t clean, bedding wasn’t clean - stains all over. On arrival doors to room were all open, letting all the bugs and mosquitoes in, and staff seemed confused we were there (?).. Damp patches on the walls, bathroom dank. Passports were taken on check in and then not given back, had to find them from one of the staff who randomly had them in his pocket standing on the street. On the whole, a strange experience.

Great central location in the heart of Kandy. Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Great breakfast.

Me and my friend stayed here for 2 nights in kandy and the staff were amazing! So so attentive and made us beautiful breakfasts at our requests for the morning. The room was huge and so clean. Highly recommend
