تعامل الاخوه المصريين ممتاز ومتجاوبين لاي طلب خلاف عن موظف الفتره المسائيه

طلبت تغيير الغرفه لوجود ازعاج من الشارع فافادني الموظف س بعدم وجود امكانيه واذا رغبت بغرفه سرير واحد دفع فرق رغم ان الفندق كان خالي تقريبا وبالصباح الباكر قمت بالتواصل مع الأخ المصري ودون تردد قام بتغيير الغرفه وبدون مقابل

"اتمنى من الفندق وضع خطة لمكافحة الحشرات وكذلك مراعاة الاسعار والمرونه مع النزيل اذا كان يرغب في الاقامة الطويلة وشكرا"

المكان انيق ومرتب ولكن يحتاج الى تعقيم واهتمام بمكافحة الحشرات وفندق يستحق الزياره

الموقع سيء جدا بالنسبه للذهاب الى مكة ولا يوحد خدمات قريبة للمشي
