AC not working in the hotel . Room AC not cooling caused family’s and kids a major discomfort.

Conveniently Located , good facilities and excellent value for money. Had a rough start to my stay however soon as I bought matters to the attention (I am an old fashioned hotelier - better speak in person to give them an opportunity to rectify) of the Management and they managed to rectify and retain me as their customer . Acting to customer needs- the hotel team excelled and rectified issues immediately . Always room to improve and I see the team expediting improvements. Thank you for “Listening “ .

Like Hotel - there are always issues we find due to different needs of different people .

I recently stayed at Hotel and had an outstanding experience. The ambiance of the hotel was very pleasant and welcoming. The cleanliness and decor of the rooms were excellent. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Every need was taken care of promptly and the service was swift. The food at the hotel was delicious, especially the local dishes which were exceptional.

Nothing

The room was not clean, the curtain was broken, the tv was broken, the premises was not clean at all.

The location is almost Central with airport and railway station not too far.

The room allocated didn't have a functioning AC. Also the room didn't look like a deluxe room at all. Also it didn't matched the photos what was advertised in the post
