"The pictures aren’t reflecting the true status of the facility"

The staff were super nice and respectful however they don’t have the proper resources to serve the guests, they also offered us a free breakfast as apology for the inconvenience. the hotel is an old building with very used furniture and the photos on booking doesn’t reflect the real status of the rooms.

AC conditioner broke down, i had to change the suite, the useable electrical outlets are only 2 next to the bed and the rest are US standard (in saudi its the UK standard), old furniture, the bed sheets (tear, stain), no stable hot water it keeps changing during a shower, finally there is mold in the refrigerator
