I booked to stay here for 5 nights, I was offered an upgrade on my room, but as a solo traveller I didn't need it. The reception staff are very welcoming and the domestic staff are extremely friendly, lots of smiles. The pool is fairly small but ideal for cooling off. WI-FI is great. Its only a few minutes walk to the centre, but its a nice quiet area.

I did have difficulties with the water temperature in the shower, it was either 'bracingly cold' or 'skin removing hot', but that's a minor thing really

The hotel is modern, beautiful, and well-equipped, with large rooms and bathrooms. The location is good – fairly close to Durian Roundabout and riverside, but in a quiet area. They have a nice pool in the ground level, though it's not very large.

Breakfast ended already at 9:40, which I consider a bit early for vacation times. One some days it was served buffet-style, but on most days one could only order a dish from a fairly short menu, probably because there weren't enough guests to justify a buffet. Now I don't blame them for not offering a buffet when it won't be eaten, but the menu options could be made a bit more comprehensive and filling.

Mooie moderne kamer met locatie op wandelafstand van de stadskern

Het personeel sprak enkel Aziatische talen. de de douche had schimmel. Het zwembad was heel raar: enkel een bak water naast de ingang zonder bankjes of plek om te zitten.
