I used to be a regular customer at this hotel, but my recent stay last week has unfortunately changed my impression. Previously, the cleanliness was always tip-top. However, during my last visit, the comforter and bedsheet had visible stains and looked like they were not properly changed. This was quite disappointing. The water heater was also not functioning, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. Additionally, there were leftover medicines from a previous guest on the bedhead, which raised serious concerns about housekeeping standards. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and improve their cleanliness and maintenance moving forward.

Чистая комната, немного старая, но достаточно уютная

Выключатель света был, кто бы мог подумать, за подушкой 💁🏼‍♂️ Очень сильно воняло мочой, пока я не закрыл дверь в туалете и не включил там вытяжку и кондиционер на полную и не открыл окно
