I like the location- city center. The outlook of the building is nice

The momment entered the room i smelled unpleasant - moldy smell. Room was ok but not the toilet, not clean as mold appeared on glass wall & somepart of the floor. Price a bit high for the unhygienic toilet; beyond my expectations.

I wish to provide good feedback to staff (counter staff Shafuq & Cafe Staff Suraya) they are very friendly and facilitate our small request

Nearby town centre

1. Space is very limited for prayer. Have to squeeze. 2. Pillow only provided 1 per single bed. Should be 2 pillows per single bed 3. Hot water has to take outside of the room. Should provide kettle in the room

Accommodating service - I requested rooms on the ground level as my grp members and I were not able to go up the stairs. This was provided despite the different room type. Tq for the consideration & adjustment made. Convenient location - nearby self-laundry, restaurants, 7E - all within walking distance. Managed to park in front of the hotel - so convenient.
