The town was cute, nice friendly people

The smell of the floor cleaner or such gave me a headache, it was so strong.. We paid the same price for the resort hotel room by the lake with volcano view before so this was a bit of a let down..

Great staff , check-in was super easy It's in the perfect location in centre of town , cosy room and nothing is damaged or broken . Really good atmosphere and the swimming pool is a very good attraction to have ๐Ÿ˜ Salamat

Wished the weather was hotter to spend more time in the pool area , lol.

Aside from the pool everything is good. People should consider the location and the province as well when rating a hotel. RUSSELL who assisted us from the time we checked in till our check out is such a good person to deal with. Accommodate to extra things that my m and I needed. Very hospitable. Clean the sheets are so tidy. Good

There was no breakfast

Too much noise very hard to sleep and relax there. TV signal was rubbish, WiFi was none existant
