Lokasi strategik, sebelah Ujana Kewangan. Muzium Marin pun dalam jarak boleh jalan kaki. Food court berseberang dengan Muzium Marin. Family Room luas, ada lift dan tempat parking disediakan. Receptionist peramah 👍👍👍

Tiada heater utk buat air panas disediakan di dalam bilik. Tapi ada di lobby.
