Stunning property with superb facilities

Some of the staff were not warm or friendly. Luckily this was the minority but they did really stand out.

Lovely swimming pool, nice restaurant

Bit further out than other hotels we have stayed out around the lake Tennis courts but racquets were awful - invest in some semi decent ones Room lots of road noise

"Fantastisch concept en hoog niveau op alle fronten"

Concept is goed en het ontbijt was fantastisch met verse mango, aardbeien etc.

De oppervlakte van de sauna's vergeleken met de relaxruimte klopt niet helemaal. Teveel relaxruimte tov de sauna's.

Fantastic stuff-accommodating, friendly, helpful. We have friends coming to visit and there were able to stay for dinner due to the wonderful management.

Location, facilities, dinner in evening great and high quality. Spa was impressive and pools were amazing. Staff were always happy to help and friendly

Breakfast system not perfect. having to ask for a fresh piece of cutlery between going up to get different food was slightly annoying. Couple of drinks served to us were not very hot. Was fixed quickly though. Soft drinks were expensive. Charged 7 euros for a still water at dinner, yet get 2 free bottles in our suite every morning when cleaned? Doesnt seem justifiable to me personally. These are all small things as feedback and the overall experience was brilliant mind you.
